At the same time, Apple’s latest and most popular smartphone iPhone 16 secured the 5th position.

According to Counterpoint Research, Chinese company Vivo has made a strong hold in the Indian smartphone market in the first quarter of 2025. Although Vivo could not make it to the list of top-10 smartphones in the global market, but in India, the company achieved supremacy with the number-1 position by launching the Vivo Y29 phone with strong performance in the budget segment. Along with this, 3 phones of Vivo are included in the top 10 bestseller smartphones of India.
iPhone 16 continues to dominate,
despite the high prices of Apple’s iPhones, there is a great craze for them in the Indian market. In the first quarter of 2025, iPhone 16 was the fifth most liked and purchased phone in India. Along with this, the previous model of iPhone, iPhone 15, is also at the eighth position.
