Vivo V50 Launch Date Confirm: Vivo has announced the launch date of the Vivo V50 smartphone. By posting on x, the company has confirmed that the phone will be launched in the Indian market on February 17, 2025, at 12 noon.
The phone will feature Zeiss optics, which will allow users to do professional photography. The Vivo V50 is expected to be priced at Rs 35,000 and the Vivo V50 Pro is expected to be priced at Rs 50,000. You can also expect a bank discount of up to Rs 5,000 and a pre-booking offer on the phone.
Vivo V50: Features and Specifications (Leaked)
Vivo has confirmed several details about the upcoming Vivo V50 series. The company has said that the main highlight of these phones will be Zeiss optics with refined master-level imaging.
The Vivo V50 will have a 50MP primary camera with OIS support and Vivo Camera-Bionic Spectrum. This will be paired with a 50MP ultrawide lens with 4K video recording support. Both sensors will have Zeiss lenses. Aura Light which is a specialty of the V series will also be a part of the Vivo V50.
The device will offer three focal length modes for portrait photos: 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm. It will adjust bokeh and zoom for professional-grade photography. The selfie camera is a 50MP shooter with Zeiss group selfie support.
Vivo claims that the V50 will be India’s slimmest smartphone and will have a massive 6000mAh battery. It will be available in three colors: Rose Red, Titanium Grey, and Starry Blue. The Starry Blue variant will debut India’s first 3D-star technology in a smartphone.
The V50 is also confirmed to come with IP68 and IP69-rated dust and water resistance and Schott Diamond Shield glass to protect the phone from drops. The device is also rumored to sport a quad-curved display. The phone is rumored to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, but this is not confirmed.
