WhatsApp has brought a very exciting feature for its users. This feature is for a profile photo. With the help of the new feature, users can add avatars along with their profile photos. WABetaInfo has given information about this new feature in WhatsApp in a post. WABetaInfo has seen this feature in WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.25.18.14 available on the Google Play Store. Along with this, WABetaInfo has also shared a screenshot of this new feature of WhatsApp.

In the shared screenshot, you can see the new option in the avatar settings. With the help of this option, WhatsApp beta testers can add an avatar to their WhatsApp profile photo. In previous updates, users were being given the option to replace the profile photo with an avatar. With the new update, users can add an avatar along with their profile photo, and both of these will be visible to their contacts.

A dedicated section in Avatar settings

Users who are getting this feature will see a dedicated section in the avatar settings. From here, users can enable avatar display on their profile. According to the report, before selecting the option to add an avatar, users will have to select a color background that matches their mood and personal style. This background color will frame the avatar in the profile. After selecting the background, users will get a prompt to choose an animation for the avatar. This will work to make your avatar more spectacular.

Unique animated coin effect

According to the report, after customization, users will also see an avatar along with the WhatsApp profile photo. At the same time, your contacts will see this in a unique animated coin effect in the chat info screen. In this coin animation, the user’s profile photo will be seen on one side, and the avatar with the selected background and animation will be seen on the other side. Users will have full control of this avatar, and users will be able to manage it anytime according to their needs. Let us tell you that this feature has come for beta users right now. After the beta testing is completed, its stable version will be rolled out for global users.
