Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has entered the international market with its Note 21, Note 21 Pro and Meizu 21 series. These devices come with high-performance and great features in the mid-range segment. Let’s take a look at the specifications, features and prices of these smartphones.
Specifications of Meizu Note 21 and Note 21 Pro
Display and Camera:
The Meizu Note 21 has a 6.74-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The Note 21 Pro model comes with a 6.78-inch display and a 120Hz refresh rate. For selfies, the Note 21 has an 8MP and the Note 21 Pro has a 13MP front camera.
Around the back, the Note 21 gets a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor, while the Note 21 Pro has a 64MP main camera and the same 2MP depth sensor.
Processor and Battery:
There is no information about the chipset of Note 21, but Note 21 Pro comes with MediaTek Helio G99 processor. Both models have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card.
In terms of battery, the Note 21 has a large 6,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. On the other hand, the Note 21 Pro has a 4,950mAh battery that comes with 30W fast charging.
Meizu 21 Specifications
Display and Processor:
The Meizu 21 features a 6.55-inch OLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and thin bezels. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Its 4,800mAh battery supports 80W fast charging.
Camera setup:
The Meizu 21 features a 200MP main camera with OIS support, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP depth sensor. There is a 32MP selfie camera on the front. Other features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, and an IP54 rated chassis.
Price and availability
Meizu has not yet revealed the price and launch date of these smartphones, but more details are expected soon. Colour options for the Note 21 include Gulf Blue, Diamond Black, and Ivory. The Note 21 Pro will come in Bay Blue, Sandstone, and Marble colours. The Meizu 21 will be available in Black, Purple, Green, and White.
