The first small gaming tablet with OLED display
The Red Magic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro features a 9.06-inch OLED gaming display. The panel comes with a 90.1% screen-to-body ratio, thanks to the 4.9mm ultra-slim bezels. It supports a peak brightness of 1600 nits, with a global peak of 1000 nits, and a 1000000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
The screen runs at a 165Hz refresh rate and has a response time of less than 1ms, making it highly responsive for fast-paced games. The company says that its TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free performance, as well as the 5280Hz PWM dimming system, provides eye comfort during long gaming sessions.
The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on TSMC’s second-generation 3nm process. It is paired with the Red Core R3 Pro co-processor, which manages gaming-specific tasks like super resolution and frame rate enhancement.
The device uses full-speed LPDDR5T RAM at 9600 Mbps and UFS 4.1 Pro storage for faster load times and smooth multitasking. To maintain performance under heavy load, Red Magic has integrated the ICE 3.0 cooling system with a sandwich VC structure, Liquid Metal 2.0, and an active turbo fan.
